COOLMAN+ is open only to approved COOLMAN HVAC SUPPLY customers with a strong reputation and the capacity to grow. Here is what we look for.
Each COOLMAN HVAC SUPPLY store location will only allow about 10 to 25 COOLMAN+ contractors. This keeps the market strong and protects the value of the program for participating members.
COOLMAN+ members commit to a purchase volume and are expected to hit it. If a member does not meet their committed purchase volume, COOLMAN may remove them from the program and open the spot to another contractor.
50+ five-star reviews
A minimum of 50 five-star Google or Yelp reviews.
Established online presence
A credible, active presence that homeowners can find and trust.
Back-office support
Administrative and back-office staff to support the work.
Committed annual purchases
A commitment to ongoing annual purchases, typically $300,000 per year.
